Her early experience as a Division III NCAA athlete at Ferrum College—where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance—instilled in her a deep appreciation for teamwork, discipline, and resilience. Sarah went on to complete her Master of Science in Athletic Training at Bridgewater College, further enriching her expertise in health and performance management.
