Sarah Jones is the Founder & CEO of Transcendata and the creator of the CARE Framework, a human operating system designed to enhance clarity, alignment, resonance, and expression within teams and organizations. With a career spanning leading companies such as ByteDance/TikTok, McKinsey, and Disney, Sarah has dedicated over a decade to shaping leadership, organizational culture, and large-scale learning initiatives. Her work centers on translating complex human systems into practical, actionable models that help teams operate more effectively and foster meaningful workplace connections.
Throughout her career, Sarah has developed deep expertise in organizational communication, people strategy, mechanism architecture, culture design, facilitator development, and learning program management. She has led initiatives ranging from global orientation programs at ByteDance to designing comprehensive people manager training at TikTok, consistently leveraging data-driven insights to drive cultural alignment and team performance. Sarah’s core strengths in Activator, Futuristic, Communication, Woo, and Individualization enable her to spot patterns, synthesize insights, and develop frameworks that elevate clarity, trust, and organizational impact.
A proud alumna of James Madison University, Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication with a minor in French, graduating Cum Laude. 01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to having a clear vision and the courage to act on it. Over the course of my career, I gained valuable experience working at several companies, which allowed me to identify an unmet need in the market. Recognizing this gap, I took the initiative to start my own company to address it.
