She is a growth, executive operations, program evaluation, data analytics, technology project, and community impact professional with experience in sustainability, inclusion, disaster resilience, research analysis, CRM, stakeholder communication, database organization, data quality, and nonprofit/public-sector analytics. She currently serves as Growth Manager at HyperKelp and Founder/CEO of Community Metrics, LLC. Her background includes mentorship and evaluation work with ARISE US, research analysis for American Indian Cultural District SF, and data/program evaluation with Community Health Improvement Center, supported by a master’s degree in Program Evaluation and Data Analytics.
