Her Story
About Sarah
Sarah Jureidini obtained her real estate license in 2000. During the market crash, she worked for three years at Bank of America in the certification department handling loan modifications for distressed homeowners. She also gained experience as a loan processor at Stone Castle Financial for two years while studying for her license. She later joined Coldwell Banker, where she has focused on helping first-time home buyers, including through programs like LIPA MYPA that assist with down payments and closing costs. Sarah has taken breaks from her career, including after the births of her four sons and following personal losses, but remains passionate about the industry and advises new agents to start from the bottom, be patient, and prioritize client care. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and has used her skills to beautify her parish and children's Catholic school in Granada Hills, as well as maintain yards for elderly church members.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Have patience and really take care of clients like you would want to be taken care of. Start from the bottom and do not expect million dollar deals right away. Be open, adaptive, and really care. Ask yourself if this is what you want to do. Focus on first-time home buyers who think they cannot afford it.
