Sarah Medcalf

Sarah Medcalf is an accomplished Architectural Consultant at SSA, based in Florida. She brings extensive experience in architecture, interior design, and project management, with a particular focus on creating sustainable, functional, and aesthetically compelling spaces. Sarah has worked across hospitality, residential, and commercial projects, consistently delivering innovative design solutions that prioritize client needs and environmental impact.

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) from Florida Atlantic University, where she was actively involved in organizations such as Freedom By Design, AIAS Fort Lauderdale, and Alpha Xi Delta. She has also completed coursework in architecture and communication at Broward College, further solidifying her technical and professional expertise.

Prior to her current role, Sarah held design and project leadership positions at The Gettys Group, Wright Heerema Architects, SaraVilla Design, and IIG, where she managed residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. Her portfolio includes award-winning high-rise tenant amenities, innovative hotel projects, and detailed residential renovations.

Passionate about sustainability and wellness in the built environment, Sarah actively promotes water-conscious design and hands-free, hygienic solutions in her projects. She frequently collaborates with clients, brands, and colleagues to ensure designs meet high standards of functionality, safety, and environmental responsibility.

Outside of her professional work, Sarah is committed to community involvement and volunteer efforts. She has served as Vice President of the Rotaract Club of Delray Beach and participates in initiatives that support social and environmental causes.
