01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

When I think about advice for young women entering the architecture and design industry, I want them to know that even though this field is male-dominated, they have every opportunity to be successful. I believe that with determination, confidence, and hard work, women can thrive and make their mark in any career they choose.

02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I truly value my personal and professional life, especially the time I get to spend with my son and my family. Balancing work and family is important to me, and I make it a priority to cherish those moments while continuing to grow in my career.
