Sarah Monteith

Public affairs and legislative strategy leader based in Washington, DC, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Fulcrum Public Affairs. She develops and leads national advocacy and appropriations strategies across multiple policy sectors, guiding cross-functional teams, strengthening stakeholder relationships, influencing key legislative outcomes, and supporting revenue growth. Previously, she held Vice President roles at Fulcrum and worked in Congress and the U.S. Senate, including as a Legislative Assistant to Representatives Derek Kilmer and Josh Harder and as a Legislative Aide on the U.S. Senate HELP Committee, with a focus on appropriations, health, education, labor, immigration, and oversight. She began her career in public service and organizing, including constituent services and community outreach roles in the U.S. Senate and field organizing in Washington State.
