01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I think just stay curious and ask as many questions as you can. I think right now, it's just so important to understand the market and the trends that we're seeing, and to understand what companies are seeing, what their challenges are, what's going well, what's not going well, and just using that as you're talking to candidates and navigating, getting them in front of job opportunities. With AI coming in it just changes people's perspective and sometimes offers a lack of curiosity, because you can go to AI and type in any question that you want, and have it generate an answer. And so I think, you know, the people who are asking questions and who are curious with the organizations out there are the people who are being more successful in bringing in job opportunities.
