Sarah Phillips is the founder and owner of Jax Decon Corp, a 100% woman-owned biohazard restoration and emergency cleaning business based in Jacksonville, Florida. Certified in crime scene cleaning and licensed in mold remediation, she has built a reputation for professionalism, compassion, and rapid-response service. Sarah oversees customer intake, paperwork, and client communications, while her on-site foreman—her husband—manages field operations, ensuring that the company provides trustworthy, transparent, and reasonably priced restoration solutions during some of life’s most difficult moments.

After serving in the military and raising her children, Sarah returned to school and earned a bachelor’s degree in logistics. She gained experience in the logistics field for several years, carefully saving and researching business opportunities with the goal of starting her own company. Drawn to biohazard restoration and emergency cleanup by a combination of professional curiosity and interest in forensic work, Sarah launched Jax Decon Corp. Now in its third year, the business is profitable, highly regarded in the community, and focused on helping clients navigate sensitive situations with discretion and care.

Outside of her professional life, Sarah enjoys spending quality time with her two teenage children, maintaining a healthy lifestyle through exercise, meditation, and balanced nutrition, and relaxing with crime scene and forensic television shows. She is proud of achieving financial independence, paying off business debt, and creating a supportive, family-centered business environment. Her dedication to honesty, clear communication, and service excellence has earned her recognition, including being selected for the 2026 cohort of Influential Women.
