About Sarah

I'm a marketing leader who sits at the intersection of innovation, strategy, and execution. Right now, I serve as Vice President of Marketing & Innovation at Rack & Riddle Custom Wine Services, where I'm building the marketing division from a growth standpoint and launched the company's first innovation pipeline—resulting in five new products in my first year.

Alongside that, I coach MBA students at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, helping them navigate job searches, land internships, and prepare for post-MBA roles. Giving back to the next generation of leaders matters deeply to me.

Before Rack & Riddle, I spent nearly a decade at The Wine Group in roles of increasing responsibility. As Senior Director of Marketing for the Private Label division, I led a team of six and managed over 50 brands and 200+ SKUs—launching more than 100 new items in a single year across every major US retailer. I also led the integration of four acquired brands and relaunched The Dreaming Tree Wines with Dave Matthews, including new branding, packaging, and activations at 20 concerts and a festival in Mexico.

Earlier, as Senior Brand Manager for Cupcake Vineyards, I managed a $10M budget, led 360 marketing plans, and brought the brand to life at Coachella and Lollapalooza. I also launched the #1 new wine brand in 2016, AVA Grace Vineyards.

I started my career in CPG at The Clorox Company, where I cut my teeth on eCommerce strategy, integrated marketing communications, and new category launches.

I hold a degree from UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business, where I now coach students—bringing my career full circle.

I build brands, launch products, lead people, and make things happen. And I love what I do.
