Sarah Nicole Rosales

Sarah Rosales brings nearly a decade of experience to the furniture and design industry, where she currently serves in a leadership role at Arhaus in Chicago, Illinois. Over the past three years, she has focused on the operational backbone of the business, managing administrative details and ensuring that behind-the-scenes processes run smoothly to support both clients and staff. Her path into the field began with an entry-level sales associate position, sparked by childhood memories of exploring beautiful furniture and galleries with her mother, and she quickly thrived on connecting with people to create resonant spaces. Earlier in her career, Sarah ran the number three location for Ashley, consistently achieving monthly bonuses, quarterly recognition, and annual plans. She holds degrees from Chapman University in classical music performance and creative writing, experiences that, while unrelated to design, have informed her resilient approach to growth and tackling new challenges. Previously active in the Marin County Chamber of Commerce business division while based in California, Sarah has also participated in Relay for Life volunteer efforts.
