About Sarah
She is a dedicated higher education and workforce development professional with over a decade of experience in student services, project management, and program coordination, currently serving as Workforce Project Manager at Northwood Technical College, where she leads workforce development initiatives and project management. Prior to this role, she served as University Transfer Coordinator at Northwood Technical College, guiding students through transfer pathways, and as Student Services Assistant. She also serves as Server and Front of House Supervisor at Grandma's Grill & Saloon, where she has developed leadership and problem-solving skills for over 14 years. Her career includes research and legislative internships with the City of Duluth and the MN State Senate. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in Journalism from the University of Minnesota Duluth. She is recognized as a strategic, student-centered, and community-focused professional who is deeply committed to supporting student success, workforce development, and building strong communities.
