Her Story

About Sarah

I am a detail-oriented entrepreneur and client advocate with experience across event planning, tax preparation, and case management.

As the founder of Sassiis Royal Boutique LLC, I design and execute event experiences while managing marketing, operations, and workflow automation to support business growth. Through Savvy Sassii Tax Preparation, I prepare and process federal and state returns, advise clients on compliance, and assist with bookkeeping and LLC formation.

My background in case management strengthened my ability to guide individuals through complex systems with empathy, discretion, and clarity. Whether supporting clients through major life events or financial decisions, I am committed to professionalism, organization, and delivering results with care.

Ten minutes with Sarah

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to resilience, creativity, and consistency. I have always been someone who sees an idea and finds a way to bring it to life. I believe that if you are willing to learn, stay focused, and put in the work, you can create opportunities for yourself. Over time I have learned that success is not just about talent. It is about being willing to adapt, grow, and keep going even when things are challenging.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I have received is “you are your brand.” That advice stuck with me because it reminded me that everything you do represents your name and your reputation. How you treat people, how you handle challenges, and the quality of your work all matter. It encouraged me to always show up with integrity and be intentional about the way I build my businesses.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

The advice I would give to a young woman entering my industry is to stay true to yourself and never get discouraged. In creative industries it can sometimes feel like everything has already been done, but the truth is that no one can do it the way you do. No matter how many replicas exist, there is only one you. Your creativity, perspective, and talent are what set you apart, so trust that and keep building.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is the oversaturation of the industry. Many small creators come up with unique ideas, and then larger brands or bigger companies replicate those ideas and sell them at a lower price point. That can make it more difficult for small businesses to compete and market their products.

At the same time, that challenge also creates opportunity. In this industry there is always room to be the first. You can be the first to come up with a new concept, the first to bring an idea to life, or the first to introduce something creative to the market. Innovation and originality will always create space for new opportunities.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity and authenticity. I believe in being genuine in how I show up, treating people with respect, and standing behind the work that I do. Staying true to who I am has always guided the way I approach both my businesses and my relationships.
