Sarah Thuo

She is a senior sustainability and supply chain executive, strategist, and educator with extensive experience in supply chain transformation, procurement, sustainability, and business operations. She currently serves as a Founder of a stealth startup and an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University. Previously, she was a Partner/Principal in Supply Chain at EY-Parthenon, helping organizations improve resilience, profitability, responsible sourcing, circular supply chains, and decarbonization. At IBM, she held several senior leadership roles, including Americas Sustainability Business Transformation Leader, Chief Operating Officer of Global Sustainability Services, and Global Leader for Sustainable Supply Chain, Procurement & BPO. She also served as Vice President of Supply Chain and Strategic Initiatives at Voyant Beauty. Her background combines sustainability, supply chain management, procurement, operations, and business transformation, supported by an MBA in Finance and a Master of Information Science from Boston University.
