Sarah Trogdon

I've been in the aerospace industry for about 7 years, currently serving as the Strategic Sourcing Lead for Aircraft Reconfiguration Technologies. My journey with this company has been interesting because we've gone through several acquisitions - we started as Heiko Cabin Solutions, were bought by Zim Aircraft Cabin Solutions, and now we're Aircraft Reconfiguration Technologies, but I've stayed with the same company throughout all these changes. Before entering aerospace, I worked with Caterpillar in heavy machinery purchasing, which gave me a strong foundation in procurement. My expertise centers on sourcing (both domestic and international), contract negotiation, and price reduction. I'm currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro to further develop my professional capabilities. I also hold a Six Sigma Lean Greenbelt Certification. Earlier in my career path, I obtained a CNA from Randolph Community College and a cosmetology license, which show the diverse experiences that have shaped who I am today.
