Her Story
About Sarah
Sarah White Alexander is a certified grief and trauma coach, educator, and advocate dedicated to supporting women healing from emotionally abusive relationships and betrayal trauma. Through her coaching business, Echoes of Her Bravery, Sarah creates a space where women can recognize unhealthy patterns, understand the impact of covert emotional abuse, and begin rebuilding trust in themselves. Her work focuses on the invisible wounds of abuse—such as narcissistic abuse, psychological harm, and the emotional patterns that can quietly impact a woman’s confidence, identity, and daily life.
Sarah’s passion for this work comes from her own personal journey of leaving an emotionally abusive marriage and navigating the complicated layers of healing, faith, shame, and grief. Through her experience, she discovered the importance of having validation, education, and resources during a time when she felt unheard. Today, she uses her story to help women feel seen and supported, including those within faith communities who may feel trapped by fear, guilt, or expectations surrounding relationships and divorce. Through her social media education and coaching, Sarah helps women identify red flags, understand their experiences, and recognize that healthier paths forward are possible.
A mom of three, Pacific Northwest native, and self-described sunshine seeker, Sarah is passionate about creating trauma-informed spaces where women can reconnect with their voice, strength, and sense of self. Her mission is to reach women who may be questioning their relationships, especially younger women learning to recognize unhealthy dynamics before becoming deeply impacted. Through compassionate coaching, honest conversations, and advocacy, Sarah continues to transform her own healing journey into a source of hope—reminding women that their stories matter and that they are capable of building lives rooted in freedom, clarity, and joy.
