Sarai Ramroop

Sarai Ramroop brings over 20 years of experience in fashion and jewelry retail to her role at Ivar Fine Jewelry in New York City. She began her career in the fashion district as a teenager and advanced through luxury retail at Ferragamo, gaining expertise in general management, multi-store operations, and hospitality before transitioning after COVID into personal development, coaching, and consulting. At Ivar Fine Jewelry, she works from the Upper East Side location to drive client acquisition and brand development through networking and relationship building. Sarai holds certifications in cognitive behavioral therapy and as an NLP neuro-linguistic practitioner, which she pursued to strengthen her leadership skills. Her education followed a non-traditional path that took nearly 20 years to complete a degree level. She contributes to professional organizations including the Madison Avenue BID through her company and serves as an ambassador for Nourish to Children while volunteering with City Harvest and preparing to engage with Lenox Hill House.
