Saraswati Jayakumar has been working in talent acquisition HR for close to 30 years. She is currently a talent acquisition lead within Accenture, where she serves as a client business partner or recruiting business partner supporting internal clients. Her extensive career includes talent acquisition roles at prominent organizations such as Google, Facebook, and Amazon. Accenture has hired her for the third time. She has hired some of the best talent in the world and led campaigns for Amazon across 20 different countries.
