About Sasha
Sasha Bamberg is a sales leader in healthcare technology with expertise in medical device sales and team management. She began her career in revenue cycle management at Novant Health, a large hospital network in Charlotte, North Carolina. Her path progressed to sales representation for a physician treating sleep apnea, where she worked for three years. She joined Dandy Dental Labs approximately one and a half years ago as a founding salesperson, advancing into medical device sales with both small and medium businesses and enterprise accounts. In her current role, she manages a team of 10 business development representatives, focusing on data analytics, forecasting, and coaching. Sasha holds a bachelor's degree in communication and attributes her career success to the support and encouragement of her family. She is a member of the volunteer organization Jersey Cares in New Jersey and donates to the Red Cross.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success now largely to the support and encouragement from my family. I think without having that solid foundation and encouragement, I probably wouldn't have been as bold to make the career choices and changes that I have.
