Sasha Parlin
Sasha Parlin is an accomplished professional in the aesthetics and medical device industry, with nearly eight years of experience spanning injectables, skincare devices, and women's breast aesthetics. She recently transitioned from corporate sales to founding her own business, Hatch Aesthetic Solutions (Hatch Medical LLC), where she partners with innovative companies focused on regenerative wound care and digital solutions for medical practices. As the Western Regional Clinical Trainer for one of her partners, Sasha provides hands-on training and strategic support to plastic surgeons and aesthetic providers, helping them implement advanced technologies to improve patient outcomes.
Throughout her career, Sasha has built a reputation for combining clinical expertise with strategic sales consulting. Her early experience at Evolus as a regional field trainer, along with roles launching breast aesthetics devices for surgical cases, has given her deep insight into the intersection of patient care and aesthetic technology. She emphasizes integrity and stewardship in her work, viewing her role less as selling and more as equipping providers with the knowledge and tools to elevate their practices.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Sasha is a passionate entrepreneur and creative thinker. She is developing Wanderpaws, a travel-inspired apparel and gear line for dogs, reflecting her love of innovation and pursuit of personal passions. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from California State University-Sacramento, Sasha brings strong communication skills, professional training expertise, and a dynamic approach to every project she undertakes—whether in surgical suites, client meetings, or entrepreneurial ventures.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to resilience, tenacity, and a growth mindset. I see challenges as opportunities to learn and improve, and I strive to show up each day with integrity and determination. This perspective keeps me moving forward, even when things feel difficult.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to stay true to yourself—your personal brand is ultimately more valuable than the company you represent. Treat your customers with integrity in everything you do, because how you handle relationships leaves a lasting impression. I’ve seen people lose sight of this, making choices that compromise trust and damage long-term relationships.
For me, it’s been important to always leave a company the right way, ensuring my customers are well taken care of before I move on. Maintaining integrity and honoring those relationships allows me to build a reputation I can be proud of—and often, to work with those same clients again in the future.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to seek out mentors and build real connections with people doing the work you aspire to do. Early in my career, I reached out, asked questions, and learned from their journeys—which helped me chart my own path. I now pay it forward by mentoring others, because supporting each other is key to long-term success.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in this industry is the high barrier to entry—it’s not always easy to break in. I was fortunate, however, to have an early mentor who inspired me. While working as a nanny in college, the mother of the children I cared for, Vicki Maniglia, guided me and introduced me to the field. Her mentorship not only opened doors but also showed me the opportunities that exist for those willing to learn and persevere.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Work-life balance is very important to me. I believe in working hard while also making time for personal passions and experiences. I’m an avid equestrian and enjoy both English and Western riding—trail riding with friends is one of my favorite ways to unwind. I also love to travel and have visited 28 countries, including solo trips to the south of France and multiple trips to Scotland, which is a favorite destination of mine.
In addition to riding and travel, I cherish time with my three dogs and my boyfriend. I prioritize experiences and relationships that bring joy and perspective, and I strive to bring that same balance, energy, and positivity into my work.
