Savana Okuma

Savana Okuma has built a career in healthcare technology without pursuing a traditional college path. After graduating high school in 2020 during the COVID pandemic, she joined Azalea Health, an EHR company, starting as a patient relations specialist handling billing inquiries. She progressed to account coordinator and then to onboarding and implementation roles, developing a passion for revenue cycle management and provider support. In her current position at Paradigm, which she joined approximately 11 months ago, Okuma implements systems for home health agencies, manages data migrations, conducts trainings, and collaborates with product teams to ensure smooth transitions. She has earned two excellence in implementation awards for her high survey scores and customer ratings. Okuma emphasizes building strong relationships with providers as her most notable achievement and credits mentor Yesenia Diaz for her growth. Based in Valdosta, Georgia, she also supports her local Humane Society through donations.
