About Savannah
I founded Scintillating Souls in 2020, a holistic health and beauty business located inside an intergenerational building in Milwaukee. I'm there Tuesday through Friday, noon to 5, serving a diverse clientele primarily ranging from their 30s to 50s who are seeking wellness solutions. What I love most about my work is the personalized approach I take with each customer. When people come into my shop, they tell me what benefit they're looking for, and I curate custom tea blends based on their specific needs - whether it's for high blood pressure, anxiety, sleep issues, or other health concerns. Beyond the teas, I create wellness boxes filled with my handmade products including milk baths and aromatherapy candles, all tailored to individual needs. While I originally went to Milwaukee Area Technical College for TV production, I've found my true calling in helping people achieve wellness through natural, holistic approaches.

01What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge I face is reaching the right people. Because my shop is located inside of a building, people can't really see me from outside. When people call me from Google, they sometimes get confused and say, 'Oh, well, you know, I went elsewhere because I didn't see the building.' So visibility and helping potential customers actually find my physical location is my main challenge right now.
