About Savita
Savita Catu is an experienced events professional with over 10 to 15 years in the field. She spent nearly two decades at A+E Networks in roles including executive assistant and office manager, where she created employee experiences and events globally. She then joined Paul Weiss law firm for two and a half years, where she performed an array of events. Savita is passionate about event planning and values challenging herself to continue growing in her career.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
When a job becomes too easy and you're not growing or being supported and appreciated, don't be afraid to challenge yourself, explore opportunities, and get uncomfortable. Knowing your value and your worth is very important.
