About Scarlett
I am a real estate professional and property management specialist with a strong commitment to helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the residential real estate market with confidence and success, currently serving as a Realtor at RE/MAX Community-Valley, a role I have held since March 2026, where I assist clients in purchasing, selling, and leasing residential properties, conduct property showings and open houses, perform comparative market analyses to determine accurate property pricing, guide clients through the full transaction process including contracts and negotiations, develop and implement marketing strategies for property listings, build and maintain strong client relationships, coordinate with lenders and title companies, and generate new business through networking and community engagement.
I also serve as a Property Management Specialist, a self-employed role I have held since October 2017, where I manage residential properties and support property owners with leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
Across my career in real estate and property management, my work has been driven by a commitment to exceptional customer service, market expertise, and helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Whether I am guiding a first-time homebuyer, marketing a property for sale, or managing rental properties, I bring a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a dedication to building lasting relationships and delivering results. I am proud of the work I have done throughout my career and excited to continue serving clients and the community through my work at RE/MAX Community-Valley.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I would say consistency. In real estate and property management, you have to have a love for people and a desire to help them improve their lives, so being consistent in the things that you do is super important.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice would be keep moving forward.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges in our field is the economy. When it comes to fair house, you know, just for the housing market, the economy is a big driving force there, whether it's rental properties or ownership.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I would say honesty, integrity. Kind is clear. That's my motto, kind is clear, so integrity, honesty, super important.
