I would encourage young women to be determined, goal-oriented, and confident in their abilities. Leading by example and being willing to try new things is essential—growth comes from stepping into challenges and learning through experience.

One of the biggest challenges in the staffing and recruitment industry is keeping pace with global economic changes. At the same time, this creates opportunities for innovation, adaptability, and strategic workforce planning for both clients and candidates.
