Her Interview
Ten minutes with Sendy
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my parents and family background. My grandfather was an entrepreneur who built multiple businesses from nothing, and my dad worked in business, showing me strong problem-solving and analytic skills. From my mom, I got creativity. They are both very hard-working, and coming from a background where wealth was lost taught me not to take anything for granted and to fight for my goals. I started in social media young, building a platform to 400K followers, which helped shape my career path.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice is to always try your best, but it's okay if you're not at 100% every day. It's about consistency and showing up at whatever energy level you have that day, whether 20% or 110%. We are human, and this industry is demanding, so balance and being patient with yourself is key.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge and opportunity is learning how to use AI, automation, and strategy to achieve things faster. Investing in knowledge is crucial because things evolve rapidly. Being eager to learn and in a mindset of continuous learning is essential, as the way things are done changes massively every few years.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty and transparency are most important. When working with clients, being realistic about what's achievable and guiding them honestly is key. Transparency about situations, what we can and cannot do, and balancing work demands with personal life by communicating openly about timelines and needs. These values help lead by example for the team.
