01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
As a woman in my field, it's all about building relationships. Try to just build good relationships. If you can mentor or be under somebody, they will open the door for you. As a woman, I have learned that it's good to know and be good at what you do, but also building those relationships helps tremendously because then you have people that will help you, give you the opportunity, and help you accomplish your goals. Don't give up.
