Serena Mann

Serena Mann has dedicated 17 years to the childcare field. She launched her business 17 years ago in her home, driven by the need to provide a safe learning environment for her daughter and other children while their parents worked. She grew the operation from one employee to 14 and, three years ago, expanded to include a commercial center, tripling capacity. As Director and CEO, her day begins at 4:30 a.m. managing staff communications, sign-in processes, field trips, and daily activities at the center until mid-afternoon. Beyond childcare, Serena operates a non-profit offering wraparound family support through events such as feeding the homeless, after-school mentoring and tutoring, community resource fairs, and giveaways. She is also a financial educator with life health and annuities licenses, delivering workshops on credit, budgeting, asset protection, and financial goal setting for the past 12 years. Serena holds an associate's degree in business.
