01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Make sure you know your value and never be afraid to use your voice. I've been in rooms where I was the only one the only person of color in the room so I had to learn to make sure I used my voice and that my voice was heard for all of those who couldn't be in the room. Be excellent at what you're doing build real genuine relationships find some mentors and advocates because you want to have your name spoken in rooms where you're not present now. Don't wait until you feel like you're completely ready just go for it. Don't second-guess yourself. Remember the women who are coming behind you and make sure that you're leaving something behind so they can make that easier for them.
