01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I actually always encourage people to join marketing because I personally feel like marketing is one of those fields where it's one of those work hard play hard situations not just work hard and that's it. I think marketing can be fun if you make it fun and I think most people in marketing are fun like they like to have fun which is why they join marketing. But at the same time I also feel like a lot of things are changing in our world right before our eyes. So something you know you always have to upscale reskill all of those because even at my age and even though I've been in marketing for 15 plus years now I am also like having to rescale and learn new things because of the whole AI revolution. And I would say my job is also changing on a daily basis as well. You know there were things that I used to do every day that have now been automated. So that's something I think the new folks need to be ready for that change is going to happen.
