About Shakti
Shakti Sharma serves as CEO of Lead With Consciousness while leading multiple ventures including the Feminine Wealth Movement and Spiritual Alignment retreat center. With 20 years of professional experience, she transitioned from corporate strategy work in management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, and marketing at JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Accenture, and FedEx to entrepreneurship in 2018. Sharma earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a master's from Carnegie Mellon University in Information Systems Management and Finance, and a bachelor's in computer science from India. She supports women entrepreneurs through coaching and attributes her success to her two children, whom she describes as teachers of her life. Sharma values fulfillment over fear-driven success and advises others to keep going regardless of immediate results.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I have two kids. They are teachers of my life. It taught me everything I needed to learn.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Keep going. No matter what happens, no matter whether your efforts deliver results right away. Keep going. Just keep going.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Success without fulfillment is a failure. Instead of fear driving me to take action and create success, let my vision of fulfillment drive me to take action. Everything when I start with a vision of what kind of fulfillment I want to gather from this action then it starts creating way more fulfillment.
