About Shameeka
I started with the company in entry level customer service. After a couple of years, I transitioned into training and learning and development for about 3 years. From there, I moved to inventory and revenue management, starting as an analyst, then revenue manager, senior manager, and now regional director overseeing the East Region and 7 timeshare resorts. My role involves managing inventory allocation to different segments like owners, rentals, and marketing, meeting budgets, forecasting, and partnering with other teams for smooth processes. I love the strategy and problem-solving aspects.
