It’s a mindset that keeps me humble and focused on ongoing development.

My advice to young women entering this industry would be to always stay true to yourself. Trust your instincts, be confident in your abilities, and never feel the need to conform to others' expectations. And when you feel overwhelmed, don't hesitate to speak up. It’s important to recognize when you need support or time to recharge. Open communication fosters a healthier, more effective work environment and allows you to perform at your best.
