What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to always remain coachable. No matter how much experience you gain or how far you advance, there’s always room to learn and grow. Being open to feedback, willing to adapt, and continuously improving allows you to stay relevant and succeed in an ever-changing landscape. It’s a mindset that keeps me humble and focused on ongoing development.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry would be to always stay true to yourself. Trust your instincts, be confident in your abilities, and never feel the need to conform to others' expectations. And when you feel overwhelmed, don't hesitate to speak up. It’s important to recognize when you need support or time to recharge. Open communication fosters a healthier, more effective work environment and allows you to perform at your best.
