Her Story
About Shana
When I graduated from college, I moved to Aspen, Colorado because I'm an avid skier. To stay in a resort town, I started working in hospitality at the Ritz-Carlton as an events coordinator, which swiveled into the spa industry. I became a director or manager, then moved to New York as the spa director of the Peninsula, which put me on the map professionally. My career took off and I've moved to about 15 different cities. Now I own a spa in Austin that has been rated number one in the world. I manage a team of over 150, handle therapists, products, spa menus, activities, and wellness programming for luxury resort guests.
