Shana Scott

She is a senior credit union and nonprofit leadership professional with experience in branch operations, community relations, fundraising, team development, and strategic partnerships. She currently serves as Executive Director of Smart Financial Foundation and Vice President of Community Relations at Smart Financial Credit Union. She has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including VP of Branch Operations and Branch Manager, showing strong career growth. She also serves as a Board Member for the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce.
