01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
One is to always stay curious and learn. The knowledge is power. Also be able to put yourself in situations to have more exposure to the inner workings of the departments. At a company like Accenture, take that extra step to insert yourself and give an opinion and show that you're working on things. Have the courage and confidence to speak up when needed.
