Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my parents, who instilled in me the drive to pursue a different path and create opportunities they never had. Their sacrifices and encouragement have been the foundation of my determination and resilience.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is: “Accepting a check means accepting all the responsibilities of the job. If at any point you're not willing to accept those responsibilities, then you shouldn’t be accepting the check.” That perspective has stuck with me and continues to guide how I approach my work and leadership.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is to hold true to yourself. Know who you are, understand your value, and find strength in that identity. Once you do, own it unapologetically—that's where your power lies.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges I faced was being a first-generation college student. Navigating higher education without a roadmap was difficult, but it also became one of my greatest opportunities for growth. That experience shaped my resilience and fuels my commitment to supporting students who are forging similar paths.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, honesty, respect, and my faith are the core values that guide both my personal and professional life. I believe in leading with authenticity and treating others with kindness and fairness in every interaction. Outside of work, I find joy in traveling, cooking new recipes, and getting lost in a good book.
