Shanice Peralte is an experienced Agile and project management professional with four years in the field. She currently works in healthcare as a scrum master and project manager, where she facilitates team check-ins, supports unblocked delivery, mentors team members, and prepares presentations and sprints. Her path began with a desire to work in healthcare and a bachelor's degree in science. After starting as an ER assistant during the peak of COVID, she took a break, pursued online certifications in Agile, taught others through referrals, and transitioned into her role as a Scrum Master.
