01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't give up on yourself, even if it doesn't look the way you want it to look right now. It's gonna be okay, because you already have it in you. You just have to get it out. And it doesn't have to be perfect. Just start. Just start it. It's gonna be scary, and that's okay. Just start it. Just take that first step. It'll change your life.
