My dedication and my desire to make a positive impact in other people's lives and my lifestyle.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Even though you're passionate, always make time for yourself to reload, because burnout professionals doesn't get the best results.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Always have clear communication. If the person doesn't feel that it's not for them to not continue, because it's not gonna work. If you're not passionate about your job, don't do it, because it's not gonna work.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Sometimes the lack of knowledge in the community about available resources, and sometimes people don't want to be helped. I focus on the people who want to thrive.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Dedication. When you are passionate about something, it has to be genuine. You're there because you love the job, not for the money. My primary goal is to help my family thrive.
