Shannon Alexander

Shannon Alexander began her career in the legal field in 1997 at the Fulton County District Attorney's Office, where she developed an interest in assisting defendants and victims in domestic and criminal cases before moving to the defense side. After a three-year period working in building permitting, including alcohol licenses and protocols for business and home ownership, she returned to her passion for law approximately one month ago. She currently works as a legal assistant for one of her best friends, an attorney, focusing on defense matters such as probate, divorce, and criminal cases. She attended DeVry University for nearly two years studying business operations and earned a certificate of completion from YMCA Training, Inc. Shannon has been a member of the Order of Eastern Star since 2008 and contributes to community initiatives including providing clothing and supplies to shelters for young mothers and men, along with guidance and prayers. She previously received the Employee of the Month award from the City of Union City on May 21, 2024.
