Her Story
About Shannon
Shannon Allman began her career in social media management around 2012 while supporting her late husband, a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inducted musician with the Allman Brothers Band. She handled photography, marketing, and media coordination during tours before transitioning to full-time caregiving. After his passing in 2017, Allman devoted herself to studying grief, trauma, and mind-body-spirit healing. She now serves as a social media manager and strategist for the Song For You Foundation, where the board provides original music to hospice patients and families. Allman also co-coaches highly sensitive and intuitive women worldwide through online memberships focused on reframing trauma responses as psychic gifts. She earned an AA from community college before graduating with honors from the University of Florida's journalism program around 2012-2013 and holds an energy healing certification. Allman shares content on caregiving burnout, late neurodivergence diagnoses including autism and ADHD, nutrition, and meditation, drawing from her journalism research skills and independent study.
