Shannon Brodie

She is a dedicated human resources, learning and development, and employee engagement professional with over a decade of experience in organizational development, talent strategy, and ERG leadership, currently serving as Front Line Leader Program Manager at DTE Energy, where she leads learning and technical development initiatives for frontline leaders. She also serves as an Ambassador for the ERG Leadership Alliance (ELA), the world's largest network of ERG leaders and champions, supporting a global community of over 25,000 organizations. She has held multiple roles at DTE Energy, including HR Culture Strategist, Org. Effectiveness & Learning Business Technician, and Corporate Strategy Business Technician. She has been recognized with the 2025 ERG Legacy Award and the 2020 Sarah Sheridan Award, and has served as Women of DTE Overall Chair and SURGE Board Member and Co-Chair. She is currently pursuing an MBA from Davenport University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Wayne State University. She is recognized as a strategic, collaborative, and people-centered leader who is deeply committed to fostering inclusive workplace cultures, developing leaders, and driving organizational excellence.
