Shannon Camp

Shannon Perry is an Executive Assistant supporting the CEO and C-suite team in the home health care industry at a corporate office in Lubbock, Texas. She has been with her current organization for five years as of August 2nd, handling responsibilities including state licensing for compliance, travel arrangements, and day-to-day administrative tasks. Perry also serves as a life coach within the organization twice a week, drawing on her ICF-certified health and life coach credential from the Health Coach Institute earned in May 2025. She holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Kaplan University, completed in 2013. Her areas of specialization include home health care support, life coaching focused on confidence and self-worth, and event planning, where she has co-chaired committees and hosted galas raising funds for community nonprofits. Perry has received honors such as Who's Who Among Administrative Professionals, the Armadillo Award, and Cap Rock Employer of the Quarter. She is a member of the Texas Women in Business Lubbock Chapter and volunteers with organizations including the South Plains Food Bank, Lubbock Meals on Wheels, Lubbock Ramp Project, and CASA of the South Plains.
