Shannon Jamail

She is a multifaceted entrepreneur, business development leader, and wellness advocate with over two decades of experience spanning real estate, technology, retail, and mental wellness. Currently Founder of Retreat Ranch, she owns and operates a 46-acre event and retreat center in the Texas Hill Country, providing a sanctuary for personal growth, corporate retreats, and transformative gatherings. She is also Founder of Mind & Body Complete, where she elevates women through retreats, coaching, events, and intentional products designed to reduce stress and promote holistic well-being. Her business development expertise is further demonstrated through her long-standing role with Jamail Development Group, where she has contributed to PR, brand building, and strategic growth for over 20 years. Earlier in her career, she founded and successfully sold KidsNArt, a studio-based art program for children and adults, and served as Director of Indirect Sales at Sprint, where she managed national accounts including Best Buy and RadioShack across Southern California. She holds a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
