Shannon Lepe

Healthcare operations and behavioral health professional with extensive experience in clinical program management, crisis response systems, and community-based wellness services. Currently serving as Director of Clinical Operations for the EMPOWERED Program and EMPOWERED GO Mobile Wellness Clinic at Roseman University of Health Sciences, where I oversee clinical operations, program implementation, and community outreach efforts that expand access to behavioral health and wellness services across Northern Nevada.

My background includes leadership roles in both nonprofit and government health systems. Previously, I served as Crisis Response System Program Manager with the State of Nevada DPBH, supporting statewide initiatives designed to improve behavioral health crisis response and care coordination. I also worked as Manager of Client Services at Friends In Service Helping (FISH), where I led client-centered service programs focused on supporting vulnerable populations.

Earlier in my career with The Well Care Group, I held multiple leadership positions overseeing outpatient services, quality assurance, and psychosocial rehabilitation programs. Through these roles, I developed strong expertise in clinical program development, service delivery oversight, regulatory compliance, and multidisciplinary team leadership.

I am passionate about advancing accessible, integrated healthcare services and building programs that strengthen community health outcomes through innovation, collaboration, and compassionate care.
