Shannon Lyons

I am a restoration and insurance services professional with over a decade of experience in temporary housing, property claims, and client relationship management, currently serving as Western Regional Account Manager at Sedgwick, a role I have held since January 2022, where I represent Sedgwick's temporary housing division and a full suite of specialty services including EFI Global forensic engineering, building consulting, forensic accounting, contents solutions, mitigation bill review, repair solutions, and appraisal and umpiring services across the thirteen western states. I help insurance professionals manage additional living expenses and temporary housing needs during property claims after fire, water, wind, storm damage, or emergency evacuation, and I support the broader Sedgwick Specialty Services and EFI Global teams in delivering industry-leading claims solutions.

Prior to this role, I served as Vice President of Sales at ServiceMaster Fire and Water Restoration by the Best on a contract basis for nine months, where I drove sales and business development for restoration services. I also spent over nine years at CRDN Textile and Electronics Restoration in progressively responsible roles, including V.P. of Marketing and Sales for over three years and Senior Market Relationship Manager for over nine years, where I built and cultivated relationships across the insurance industry, developed and maintained client lists, and planned and executed trade shows and networking events.

Earlier in my career, I served as Insurance Sales and Services at Great Floors for over a year, where I developed my expertise in insurance restoration, Xactimate estimating, and project management.

I hold an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Kauai Community College.
