What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a lot of time being patient, consistent, and being a go-getter. Never throwing in the towel when it gets hard or frustrating.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to be true to yourself and be willing to always learn.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in the travel industry is how oversaturated it has become. There are so many agents and booking platforms out there, which can make it difficult to stand out. I focus on building relationships and providing a truly personalized experience so that my clients know they’re getting more than just a transaction—they’re getting someone who cares about making their trip as smooth and memorable as possible.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I value family above all else, and that carries into both my personal and professional life. Communication and listening are two skills I lean on every day, whether I’m helping a client design the perfect vacation or spending time with my husband and kids. Outside of work, I love to hike, camp, and just be outdoors. Nature helps me recharge, and I think that love for the outdoors gives me extra enthusiasm when I’m helping families plan adventures where they can connect, explore, and enjoy time together.
