Shannon Phoenix is a multi passionate entrepreneur, business strategist, and the owner of ASSIST Business Solutions, where she turns fire into framework by helping purpose driven entrepreneurs, professionals, and organizations build structure, confidence, and sustainable solutions.
Through ASSIST Business Solutions, she supports clients in three core areas: Business Foundation, providing operations management, back office support, and the infrastructure needed for growth; Business Elevation, offering strategic solutions such as HR consulting and business funding opportunities; and Business Sustainability, helping protect businesses and families through legal service plans.
Shannon is also the founder of Phoenix & Beyond Investments and I AM So Phenomenal, reflecting her passion for real estate investing, brand development, and purpose driven entrepreneurship. Her leadership also includes serving through the Frank Phoenix Foundation, where she has contributed to initiatives focused on community impact, economic empowerment, and creating opportunities for others.
