My advice to young women entering this industry is to prioritize building strong relationships, asking questions, and keeping your career goals front and center. Don’t be afraid to seek out information, invest in networking both inside and outside your company, and focus on continuous growth to open future opportunities.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges in my field are retaining customers in a highly competitive telecommunications market while maintaining subscriber satisfaction. At the same time, there’s a great opportunity to strengthen employee development and retention by investing in career growth and engagement as organizations scale.
