About Shannon
Shannon Qualters serves as program director for private insurance at Legacy, a residential program for teen boys in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. She brings almost 11 years of experience in case management and program management, with expertise in addiction and mental health counseling. Her career path includes roles as a behavioral health tech at Kirkbride in Philadelphia, aftercare coordinator at Malvern Institute, and program manager at Project Homes in Philadelphia. She earned her master's in organizational leadership from Alvernia in 2023 and is currently pursuing an MBA from the same institution, with an expected graduation in 2027. Her professional journey is driven by her own recovery and a commitment to helping others, with long-term goals including opening her own program for women coming out of the prison system.
